About the role

Job Details: IQ Resource Group is looking for a detail-oriented Hot Stamp Operator to join our production team! In this role, you'll use hot stamp machines to apply foil designs to mylar, plastic, and other materials that go into our custom products. If you enjoy hands-on work, precision, and working with production equipment, this could be a great fit for you.

Location: Manitowoc, WI

Wage: $15.00/hrHours: 7am to 3:30pm; Monday to FridayWhat You'll DoSet up and operate hot stamp machines Cut and prepare foil, mylar, and plastic materials Align dies and ensure accurate stamping Apply foil designs and clean materials for a high-quality finish Use cutters and shears to size materials correctly Follow job details from the art database Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to read a ruler and calculate basic production totals
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
