About the role
Owning the strategy and execution of performance-driven creative for a portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Manager, Performance Creative will develop high-performing digital assets, translate performance data into actionable insights, and collaborate closely with media and design teams to drive measurable growth.
Key responsibilities:
Managing the strategy, direction, and delivery of creative assets aligned with client KPIs and channel objectives
Translating performance data into creative direction, including testing roadmaps and iteration plans
Collaborating with media teams to optimize performance and align on testing strategiesRequired qualifications 3+ years of experience in performance creative or related fields, preferably in an agency setting
2+ years of experience managing client relationships and delivering performance-driven creative
Strong understanding of creative and media collaboration, with experience in testing and optimization
Working knowledge of paid media platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with TikTok and YouTube
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables
