Job Description: This position works under the direction of the Personal Interest Coordinator in Career & Workforce Development. This position will be located at the Tyson Family Center for Technology in Monroe. Assist with the organization, and maintenance of program/course materials Support instructor recruitment efforts, including outreach and communication Provide administrative support for workshops, events, and community classes Assist with marketing and outreach efforts (emails, flyers, social media updates, etc.) Conduct basic research on community learning trends and potential course offerings Serve as a point of contact for general program inquiries (under supervision)
Required Qualifications: Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and be mentored professionally
Preferred Qualifications: Interest in education, community engagement, or program development preferred
