Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and assist the local branch as a Collections Associate for KONE, supporting our Pacific District? This position will support collections in our Pacific District, and will work a hybrid schedule, following training; it can be based out of our San Francisco, San Leandro, or Costa Mesa branches. As our Collections Associate, you will perform a variety of credit collection tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action/follow-up appropriately, and record disputes. Disputes are facilitated by you as you coordinate with the appropriate parties. You will bring 5+ years of relevant B2B Collections expertise and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associates' degree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. We will also consider candidates in the Costa Mesa area. Below is the different range applicable to that location: Costa Mesa area hiring range: $75,900.00 $99,645.00KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
