About the role
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent and a current Idaho PE license (or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months of starting).15 years or more of Transportation Engineering experience.10+ years of licensure as a Professional Engineer.
- History working on projects with local public agencies, ITD, ODOT, UDOT, WSDOT, CDOT is desired.
- Strong client-facing abilities through in person meetings and online communication platforms
- Experience with business development through successful proposals, captures, and client relationships.
- Ability to work in a team setting and to manage project deliverables.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
