Hybrid Business Development & Referral Response SpecialistLocation: Denver, CO, ColoradoATN Healthcare is seeking an organized, persuasive, and highly responsive Business Development & Referral Response Specialist. This hybrid position combines client acquisition, referral response, admissions coordination, proposal development, and healthcare workforce recruitment.You will help ATN acquire new clients, convert referrals into admissions, recruit qualified caregivers and nurses, and coordinate the people and resources needed to begin care successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to incoming calls, emails, SMS messages, referrals, and client inquiries.Conduct outbound business-development and sales outreach.Build relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, payers, community organizations, families, and other referral sources.Follow up on warm leads and guide prospective clients through the admission process.Respond to Requests for Admission and coordinate service start dates, schedules, authorizations, and caregiver assignments.Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on RFP packages.Recruit and support the onboarding of nurses, CNAs, home health aides, personal care workers, and other caregivers.Match qualified caregivers with appropriate client assignments.Maintain accurate CRM, recruiting, scheduling, referral, and admission records.Help identify and resolve client, caregiver, scheduling, and operational problems.Visit the Denver office, recruiting events, client locations, or other assigned sites when reasonably required.Protect confidential client, employee, payment, and health information.Performance IncentivesEligible employees may earn additional compensation for verified results:Successful live referral call: $25Successful warm referral callback: $20Successful RFA/admission: $30Completed full-package RFP submission: $150Awarded RFP contract: $350 annuallyQualified caregiver or CNA recruitment: Additional incentive under ATN's recruiting incentive scheduleQualified licensed-nurse recruitment: Additional incentive under ATN's recruiting incentive scheduleClient-related incentives generally become payable after the client completes 30 consecutive days of active, paid care. Recruiting incentives are payable after the recruited worker completes onboarding and 30 days of active, paid work, subject to the written incentive plan. Annual incentives are paid if clients stay with us for 12 months.QualificationsStrong verbal, written, sales, and relationship-building skillsProfessional telephone presenceOrganized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesAble to follow leads consistently until a decision is reachedStrong problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skillsComfortable recruiting and communicating with healthcare professionalsAble to handle confidential information with discretionExperience in healthcare, home care, staffing, admissions, sales, recruiting, care coordination, or proposal writing is preferredReliable transportation and ability to attend required office and field assignmentsQuiet, secure home workspace with reliable high-speed internetEmployment RequirementsEmployment is contingent upon verification of work authorization and successful completion of applicable job-related screening, including a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening. Additional lawful screening may apply depending on assigned responsibilities.Avoid conflict of interests with company's.Can't work for/with our clients outside of ATN Health for at least 3 years.
