About the role

Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) seeks an Architectural Technical Writer to develop and manage project specifications across Carolinas. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to capture design intent and ensure documentation meets codes and standards. Hybrid travel between offices (Columbia/Greenville/Charleston, SC and Charlotte, NC) is expected as you maintain up-to-date specifications and support bid and construction phases.
