What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day store operations with a focus on people, product, and performance Create a fresh, in-stock, and highly shoppable environment across all departments Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising, inventory control, and margin management Maintain exceptional store conditions including cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Oversee ordering, inventory levels, and product flow to ensure consistent availability and minimal shrink Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and accountability Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality throughout the store Partner with department leaders to ensure alignment on execution, standards, and team development Handle customer needs with professionalism, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time Support all aspects of store operations including front-end, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance Ensure proper execution of special orders, catering requests, and seasonal initiatives Maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and customers
