About the role

Providing individualized career support to military spouses, the full-time remote Career Advisor will assess needs, connect clients with educational and employment opportunities, and manage case documentation within a fast-paced contact center environment. Key responsibilities Assess military spouses' needs and provide tailored resources and recommendations for education and career opportunities Schedule career coaching appointments and assist with troubleshooting website access related to SpouseWorks programs Maintain case management systems and manage scholarship accounts for military spouses Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in educational, career, or employment advising for diverse adult populations Three years of experience in training development, public speaking, and group facilitation, preferably in adult education Two years of experience supervising or overseeing social services or education programs U.S. Citizenship is required for access to government systems Strong technology and research skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
