About the role
Duties:
Serve as primary advisor to the CHRA Director/Deputy Director for strategic human capital operations, implementation and management of the strategic human capital plan.
Establish complex long range program goals and objectives related to life cycle of human resource management and human capital plan management.
Develop information requirements and report critical information requirements through leadership channels.
Perform a full range of supervisory duties to ensure mission accomplishment.
Forecast and develop program budgetary and manpower requirements.
Provide effective techniques and solutions across all HR functional lines to include recruitment/placement, classification, management and relations, and human resources development.
Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to enterprise programs.
Synthesize dynamic environmental factors to inform senior leader decision making.
Maintain deep understanding of CHRA organizational mission, vision, culture, and priorities to inform program management and senior leader decision making.
