Junior Regional Sales Manager3D PLUS is a global leader in high-reliability microelectronic solutions for space, defense, and aerospace applications. We are seeking a Junior Regional Sales Manager with 510 years of experience to support and grow our business in the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, VA, DC, DE, NJ, EPA, Metro NY). This role is ideal for a technically oriented sales professional who thrives in customer engagement and wants to make an impact in the space and aerospace markets. Future Growth: This position is expected to expand over time to include additional territories currently managed by senior leadership, such as: Midwest: IL, MI, IN, KY, NE, IA, MN, ND, SD, MO, KS, OH, WPA, WICanadaNew England and Upstate NYSoutheast: TN, NC, SC, AL, GA, MS, FLKey Responsibilities Manage and develop accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on space and aerospace customers. Drive sales of advanced semiconductors, memory solutions, power and protection solutions, and camera heads/camera systems for space applications. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including BAE Systems, NASA, JHU-APL, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, and Lockheed Martin. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering and procurement teams. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategy. Travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications: Technical degree (Electrical Engineering or related field) OR successful history of technical sales in semiconductor, aerospace, or defense markets.510 years of experience in technical sales within semiconductor, aerospace, or defense markets. Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship management. Familiarity with space-grade components and high-reliability electronics. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Knowledge:
  • Existing relationships or familiarity with key accounts: BAE Systems, NASA, JHU-APL, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, Lockheed Martin.
  • Understanding of space mission requirements and radiation-hardened semiconductor technologies.
  • Knowledge of quality standards for hybrid microcircuits and high-reliability modules, including:
  • MIL-PRF-38534 U.S. Military Performance Specification for hybrid microcircuits, defining design, screening, and reliability requirements for aerospace and defense applications.
  • ECSS-Q-ST-60-05C European space standard for hybrid microcircuits, covering quality assurance, screening, and qualification for space missions.
