Stock Plan Administrator job at Zscaler. San Jose, CA. Responsibilities Assisting in the administration of Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, releases, and transactions in connection with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborating with finance and HR teams to maintain accurate records of stock plan participants and their holdings. Supporting the corporate legal team as needed. Preparing reports and documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance under guidance. Responding to employee inquiries regarding stock options and equity compensation plans with clear, helpful information. Minimum Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with Equity Edge Online.
