Verify Data & Trends: Look at simple charts or economic summaries generated by the AI and ensure the numbers and conclusions match real-world data. Review Business Advice: If the AI is asked to help a small business with pricing or competition, you check to make sure its advice follows sound economic principles. Local Market Context: Help the AI understand how the economy works in your specific country, including local currencies and regional trade habits. Qualification Path

Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language. We need experts who understand how economic terms are used in their home markets. English Proficiency: Basic (B1) English so you can follow project guidelines. Analytical Thinking: You are good at looking at a situation and seeing the "cause and effect" behind the numbers. Assessment: In order to be hired into our community, you'll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification. Payment: Currently, pay rates for experts range from $18 - $50 USD per hour. Our Payment terms are defined for each project. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
