Cell Phone Repair Sales Representative AVG ALL IN PAY WITH BASE AND BONUSES $15-$17/HR CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair. As a CPR Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering exceptional customer experience. We are looking for bold, energetic, passionate people as you are the first line of contact for our customers every day. Responsibilities: Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service. Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics. Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Face‑to‑face customer service experience Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products Strong oral and written communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Sales experience is a big plus Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications) How We’re Different We have several exciting benefits that differentiate us from other companies!
