Based in Clarksburg, MD, this family-owned organization has over 40 years of success transforming high-end residential properties with custom outdoor living spaces, pools, and hardscapes. Operating across Montgomery County, NW Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia, the company prides itself on excellence in craftsmanship, deep personal connections with clients, and high customer retention rates. Responsibilities: Prospect for new clients and actively reach out to incoming customer leads to present and sell luxury landscape design and installation services. Prepare creative, brand-consistent site take-offs, landscape plans, and accurate installation estimates. Manage end-to-end project execution in coordination with the production team and external subcontractors. Requirements: Previous experience in landscape design, architecture, or sales, with a strong preference for candidates with 10+ years of experience serving high-end residential clients (junior candidates are also highly encouraged to apply). An undergraduate degree in a landscape-related field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-motivated prospector and collaboratively as part of a strong team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) considered a strong asset for crew communication. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and design software such as Dynascape or CAD, with BOSS LM experience being a distinct advantage. $70,000 - $90,000+ (base + commission) commensurate with experience. Year-end discretionary bonus. Health and dental insurance with company contribution. 401(k) with company match after one year of employment.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
