Pay: $40,000 $50,000 per year depending on experience

At Brindley Beach Vacations, we dont just manage properties; we curate vacation memories. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, youll be the heartbeat of our property management program, ensuring our homes from Nags Head to the 4x4 beaches of Carova are in tip-top shape. If you enjoy a "mobile office" with ocean views and a team that values your expertise, we want to meet you. What Youll DoProblem Solve: Tackle general repairs including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. The Hero of the House: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Work Independently: Manage your daily tasks with minimal supervision, prioritizing needs across our diverse portfolio of homes. Collaborate: Work directly with our Maintenance Manager to keep our high standards of quality consistent. What You Bring to the TableThe Basics: Experience in minor building repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Reliability: A valid drivers license, a clean background check, and a solid work ethic. Communication: Ability to clearly communicate with the team and document your wins.
