About the role

Mechanical Assembler Provisur builds precision-engineered food processing equipment used by manufacturers worldwide, including defrosting, grinding, mixing, separating, forming, and slicing systems. Our Mechanical Assemblers build, test, and troubleshoot these machines from assembly prints and technical schematics before they ship. This role is built for someone with 2+ years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience and the ability to read hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and mechanical assembly drawings
Hands-on experience with torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, and Loctite
Machine shop or electrical schematic experience is a strong plus

What You'll Do:

Assemble Provisur/Formax machines and peripheral equipment from assembly prints and schematics
Test and troubleshoot completed units against performance specifications
Complete assembly checklists and conduct final inspections
Submit equipment improvement observations to Engineering
What You'll EnjoyPay based on experience: $27/hr at 2 years of qualifying experience, up to $30/hr at 4+ years with demonstrated schematic proficiency
