About the role

The Trust Company of Tennessee is seeking Legal Counsel to provide guidance on estate, trust, and unique asset administration and to advise on general corporate matters including employment, vendor relationships, and compliance. Responsibilities include negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts and real estate leases; explaining trust documents to clients; supporting compliance; and collaborating with Relationship Managers to address client questions.
