Job Title: Java Fullstack Lead - Retail Background
Job Location: Remote role - Pacific Time (PST)

Job Summary:
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on development leader with deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies, strong command of Java Spring Boot, and the ability to drive execution across distributed teams. This role is strictly focused on application development and delivery, not SRE or tooling.
- Key Responsibilities1. Technical Leadership & Development
- Lead a team of 5-6 engineers with a strong focus on hands-on coding
- Drive end-to-end feature development from design to production
- Ensure adherence to clean code practices, design patterns, and development standards
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality, scalable code2. Frontend Development
- Build modern, scalable UI applications using:
- HTML, CSSJavaScript (ES6+)JSXReduxDevelop reusable components and optimize frontend performance
- Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience3. Backend Development
- Develop and maintain backend services using:
- Java Spring Boot framework
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices
- Design and optimize MySQL databases
- Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka4. Cloud & Deployment
- Build and deploy applications on Microsoft AzureUse Docker for containerization
- Support CI/CD pipelines for application delivery
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and production-ready5. Requirement Understanding & Execution
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
