About the job: Super Paw is a Korean pet health brand entering the US at full speed — and this is our first US hire. You'll own retail partnerships (including Chewy), distributor development, and trade show execution, working directly with our founder & CEOWhy Super Paw Founded 2022 · 2026 projected Korea revenue KRW 10B+ (approx. What you'll do: Own key marketplace and retail partner relationships, including Chewy — vendor communications and in-person meetings Join and drive meetings with pet specialty retailers and regional chains (e.g., Petco, Pet Smart) — from securing the meeting through launch, key meetings with the CEOBoutique / independent retail sales (email and cold-call prospecting handled by Korea HQ)Identify, negotiate with, and build our distributor network (none today — strategy set with the CEO, execution owned by you)Plan and run pop-up events, demos, and trade shows (Super Zoo, Global Pet Expo, etc.) with the Korea HQ team Research and engage US manufacturers as needed (all products currently made in Korea)Recruit and manage the US field team — team building alongside the CEOWhat we're looking forA track record of personally closing retail placements or B2B partnership deals (any scale)4+ years at a US consumer brand (CPG) — sales, retail/wholesale BD, account management, or field marketing Hands-on experience with retail buyers, distributors, or marketplace vendor teamsA self-starter who builds structure where none exists — the mindset of an employee #1 Able to travel within the US · occasional travel to Korea as needed Even if you don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you if you bring strong drive, genuine interest, and problem-solving ability.

Base salary: $100,000–$150,000, determined by experience and scope (title negotiable up to the C-level)Performance incentive tied to US retail doors secured and partner revenue Stock options — negotiable. Having grown without outside investment, our cap table remains largely undiluted. (Exit context: high-growth US pet food companies have been observed at 3–5x+ revenue multiples)
