Salary Range: $95,000-$120,000, Our mid-West Dallas area client company is seeking a hands-on Flutter / Dart Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, test, and enhance web and mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and AWS services. This fully remote role will focus heavily on cross-platform mobile development, API integration, and AWS-based serverless applications while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with QA, Product Management, Customer Care, and the product owner to develop new functionality, support and enhance existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces. This individual will also play an active role in API development and integration, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AWS-based services and architectures.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Design, develop, and test new features and enhancements across web and mobile applications. Build and integrate serverless backend services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and related AWS services. Collaborate with the product owner to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces. Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and support offline-first and caching scenarios. Implement authentication and authorization flows, including OAuth/OIDC.Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage across devices. Manage app store releases and CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the mobile and serverless stack. Collaborate with QA, Product Management, and Customer Care teams to support and enhance existing applications and implement effective solutions. Additional Information: This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire, fully remote position with a starting base salary of approximately $95,000-$120,000, depending on experience. The benefits package includes an annual merit increase, annual discretionary performance bonus, discretionary profit-sharing plan, 401(k) with employer match, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and additional benefits. Requirements: 3+ years of professional mobile development experience with hands-on Flutter and Dart expertise. Proven experience building and deploying serverless applications on AWS, particularly AWS Lambda. Working knowledge of AWS services including API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and Cloud Watch. Strong understanding of Flutter state management patterns such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows. Experience developing applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server. Familiarity with mobile CI/CD, app store submission, and release management. Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing, and version control using Git. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment. Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex to improve productivity and code quality. Native iOS/Android development experience. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CDK, Cloud Formation, or Terraform. Exposure to push notifications and analytics tooling.
