About the role
TikTok is seeking an Applied Scientist for the Global Frontier Tech Recruitment Program, starting in 2027, based in San Jose. You will join the Business Integrity team to build a state-of-the-art moderation system, handling multi-language, long-form content, and adversarial inputs with scalable ML models. Join a global team to push automated moderation toward human benchmarks, publish impactful research, and influence platform safety and user experience at scale.
