Qualifications: Some technical expertise in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fabrication Proficiency with common shop equipment and tools including drills, grinders, presses, saws, etc. Excellent communication skills and able to communicate issues clearly Highly motivated and energetic Comfortable adapting and learning new concepts Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities: In-house maintenance, repair and upgrades of our current and future robotic systems Fabricate and design for custom solutions/assemblies Provide input on manufacturing processes Inspect new equipment for defects, troubleshoot, and suggest replacing as needed Taking ideas to prototype and then iterating upon them Report to multi-functional teams to address assembling, manufacturing, field operations, and building concerns Build trusted relationships with team members and relevant customers Maintaining a safe and clean work area Design and build-out of in-house fabrication shop capabilities Location Compensation Sign on bonus Bonuses based on milestones Stock options Links to videos of our system in action;
