About the role
Superhuman is seeking a Growth Designer to lead design for onboarding, activation, and purchase experiences across its Mail suite. You will shape growth strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI-powered workflows to help users become more efficient while preserving premium design quality.
You will work with a team of designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to craft early experiments, measure impact, and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
