Were looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a funeral home setting in Hialeah, FL with $16/hr pay for a 2 months contract (temp only). This role is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking families and team members. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm w/flexibility on some weekends
What Youll Be Doing: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and respectful manner Schedule appointments and keep calendars organized Prepare and send emails, letters, and other documents Maintain filing systems and keep records up to date Assist with reports and general office documentation Welcome and support visitors, ensuring a positive experience Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external clients Support managers and team members with daily administrative tasks What Were Looking ForMust be bilingual in Spanish and English Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Reliable with dependable transportation RightStone is a strategic partner that works with our clients to place the highest caliber of talent for a wide range of industries and skill sets.
