Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager/ Sous Chef to support and lead our kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and strong leadership skills to ensure daily execution meets our quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing high-volume kitchen operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of kitchen professionals
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while multitasking effectively
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards are met
- Set a positive example through professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork
Qualifications:
- Strong culinary background
- Hard-working, reliable, and highly motivated
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a kitchen team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Friendly, energetic attitude with strong communication skills
- Availability for PM shifts, with scheduling flexibility
