What you'll be doing:
Design prototypes, tooling, fixtures, and production components using Solid Works Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity Partner with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales to solve real-world manufacturing challenges Conduct process validations, analyze results, and recommend improvements Create and maintain engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing routings within our ERP system Support new product introductions from concept through production Investigate production issues and develop practical, long-term solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives that make a measurable impact across the organization What you'll bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Approximately 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Experience with Solid Works or similar 3D CAD software Working knowledge of GD&TExperience with ERP/MRP systems, BOMs, and manufacturing routings Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality systems such as ISO 13485 and GMP is a plus Strong communication and project management skills
