About the role

Manager, Transaction Advisory Services (Consulting)US – Remote$160k–$175k base + Bonus + EquityWe are partnering with a high-growth, entrepreneurial advisory firm looking to hire a Manager into its Transaction Advisory Services team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who has built a solid foundation in Financial Due Diligence within a Big Four, A&M or other top-tier transaction advisory environment, and is now looking for more ownership, more exposure and a faster path to progression. The sweet spot is someone with 4–6 years of FDD/TAS experience, currently operating at Senior Associate / Manager level or recently promoted to Manager. This is a delivery-led role — there is no expectation to bring a book of business. You will take ownership of key workstreams, manage junior team members, work directly with senior leadership and clients, and play a central role in executing buy-side and sell-side transactions. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across: Quality of Earnings / normalized EBITDANet Working Capital Debt and debt-like analysis Historical financial performance analysis Identifying key deal risks and transaction issues Preparing and reviewing diligence analyses and reports Managing junior team members and offshore resources Private Equity and middle-market transactions
Ideal background:
  • 4–6 years’ experience, predominantly within FDD / TASBig Four, A&M or comparable top-tier advisory training strongly preferred
  • Strong accounting and financial analysis foundation
  • Comfortable independently owning significant parts of an engagement
  • Experience managing Analysts / Associates
  • Strong Excel and financial data analysis skillsCPA / CA helpful but not essential
  • No origination requirement
  • The cultural fit is equally important.
  • They are looking for someone personable, ambitious and entrepreneurial — someone who enjoys taking responsibility, wants broader exposure than they might get in a larger firm and sees the upside in joining a smaller platform at an earlier stage of growth.
  • There is also a strong interest in technology, data and AI-enabled delivery, so candidates who are naturally curious about improving how diligence is performed will be particularly relevant.
  • Fully remote across the US.If you are currently in FDD and feel ready for more responsibility, stronger client exposure and a quicker progression path, I’d be very interested in speaking.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
