About the role

Owning the configuration and administration of the Verint Quality Management platform, the remote contract Verint Quality Management Specialist will optimize interaction evaluations, scorecards, and coaching workflows to enhance agent performance. Key Responsibilities Administer and configure the Verint Quality Management platform, including evaluation forms and scoring rules Manage the Smart Inbox and evaluation-routing rules to ensure proper interaction delivery to evaluators Support omnichannel evaluation setup for consistent interaction reviews across various channels Required Qualifications Hands-on experience administering Verint Quality Management Solid understanding of contact center quality assurance concepts, including evaluation forms and coaching workflows Experience with system administration, user/role management, and workflow configuration Strong analytical skills for interpreting quality and performance reporting Clear written and verbal communication skills for bridging technical and operational stakeholders
