Accounts Payable SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining vendor records, and supporting payroll operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include processing various types of financial transactions, maintaining vendor records, tracking financial transaction details, providing monthly accrual support, completing accounts payable accruals and reconciliations, organizing incoming payroll data, managing the accounts payable inbox, responding to payroll-related troubleshooting requests, serving as the subject matter expert for Concur, supporting accounts payable operations, and handling additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational needs.
