  • Turn commercial priorities into practical plays, tools, and routines that sellers use in their day-to-day work, reinforced beyond one-off training events
  • Develop first-line managers into strong coaches, supported by a consistent management system for pipeline, forecasting, performance, and accountability

  • A track record of building or overhauling enablement capabilities at scale
  • Deep knowledge of sales execution, management, coaching, and performance systems
  • Proven ability to connect enablement work directly to measurable business outcomes rather than participation metrics
  • Strong commercial instincts and the discipline to focus on the few initiatives with the biggest impact
  • Experience leading through significant change and ambiguity
  • Credibility with senior executives combined with a genuine connection to life in the field
  • Outstanding communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
