About the role
- 7+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in medical device, contract manufacturing, precision machining, or related technical industries.
- Strong understanding of medical device development cycles, regulatory considerations, and manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, molding, assembly, packaging).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical or consultative sales environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a large geographic territory.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Northwestern U.S. (approx. 40-60%).Preferred Experience
- Background selling to engineering, R&D, or procurement teams.
- Experience with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA requirements, or other medical device quality systems.
