About the role

Our client is a Charlotte, NC based Commercial General Contractor who is looking to add a Construction Project Manager to their team. The company focuses on negotiated work with repeat clients one of which is the largest national Convenience store chain in the USA.Ideal candidate can manage 3-4 project at a time. Previous convenience store, gas station or fueling station experience is required. This position requires previous commercial construction experience. Duties include the following as it pertains to managing a commercial construction project: Oversight of the successive phases of projects. Subcontractor bidding and contract negotiations for projects. Project team selection, management and development. Overall safety and scheduling for assigned projects. Institute and oversee all procedures required for the work to be completed according to schedule. Interaction and communication with owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors.
