Castle Rock Hormone Health (CRHH) is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is excited about patient relationships, preventative care, hormoneoptimization, wellness medicine, and helping people regain confidence, energy, and qualityof life. Our clinics are designed around a high-level patient experience — creating an environmentwhere providers can spend meaningful time educating patients, building trust, anddelivering life-changing care. What You’ll Do:
• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits• Review laboratory testing and educate patients on treatment plans• Develop personalized wellness and optimization protocols• Build strong patient relationships through education and support• Collaborate with a positive, patient-focused clinical team• Help create an elite patient experience
What We’re Looking For:

Schedule: Part Time to Full Time 20-40 hours, very limited work from home opportunity.
Compensation:
