Superintendent – Multifamily Construction
Location:
Miramar/North Miami, FloridaA well-established multifamily developer and GC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee affordable housing projects throughout South Florida.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily field operations from groundbreaking through closeout Manage subcontractors, schedules and site logistics Maintain project safety, quality and production standards Coordinate inspections, deliveries and construction sequencing Communicate progress and challenges with project leadership Ensure projects remain on schedule and within established requirements
Requirements:
Superintendent experience with a general contractor or multifamily developer Ground-up multifamily, affordable housing or high-rise residential experience Strong knowledge of structural, MEP and interior construction Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple phases of construction Strong leadership, communication and scheduling skills South Florida construction experience preferred
