Brewhouse Brewer - $24 - $26 Hourly Wage

THE OPPORTUNITY: Our brewhouse keeps the entire brewing process moving - turning raw ingredients into finished wort that feeds every batch downstream. We're looking for a Brewhouse Brewer to help keep that process precise, efficient, and in spec. PAY BY SHIFT Pay starts at $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr based on experience, with growth up to $34.00/hr through our tiered Brewer Career Matrix - whether you build that experience here or bring it with you, already brewed. Shifts outside of 1st shift include an additional shift differential on top of that base - never a lower starting rate, just added pay for the shift. 1st Shift - $24.00/hr (minimal base rate) 2nd Shift - $24.00/hr base + $3.00/hr shift differential = $27.00/hr (minimal total rate) 3rd Shift - $24.00/hr base + $4.00/hr shift differential = $28.00/hr (minimal total rate) Weekend Day - $24.00/hr base + $5.75/hr shift differential = $29.75/hr (minimal total rate) Weekend Night - $24.00/hr base + $7.75/hr shift differential = $31.75/hr (minimal total rate) Full-time, non-exempt Compensation details: 24-26 Hourly WagePI2e 48d 6-
