Senior Delivery Consultant | Connecting those within the Renewable Energy sector Compensation: $120,000 – $165,000 + Performance-Based Bonus Location: Remote We are supporting a technical engineering and surveying firm with decades of excellence and deep expertise in renewable energy integration (Solar PV, BESS), Power Studies, and Substation design. They are seeking a Substation Project Manager to lead the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of substation design projects. This role demands a blend of technical understanding, leadership, and precise project management.What You'll Do:Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliver to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, clear, and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, electrical, P&C) to maintain alignment and quality control. Oversee quality control, ensuring all technical deliverables meet internal standards and client requirements. Support proposal development efforts, providing accurate input on scope, design criteria, and schedules.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field is required. Proven experience managing substation or related power delivery engineering projects from design through delivery. Strong knowledge of project management best practices (budgeting, billing, schedule tracking). Proficiency with project tools, including AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and standard project management software.
