About the role
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives focused on new-logo acquisition
- Own team performance against software bookings targets and turn go-to-market priorities into clear territory, pipeline and execution plans
- Run a consistent operating rhythm: weekly 1:1s, forecast and opportunity reviews, and QBRsBuild a healthy, qualified pipeline with Marketing, alliances and industry partners
- Act as executive sponsor on strategic pursuits and keep deals moving (no individual territory)
- Improve forecast accuracy by spotting risk early and holding the team to clear next steps
- Hire, onboard and grow top sales talent, and develop the next generation of leaders
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus
- What you bring 8+ years of progressive enterprise software sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a sales team as a Sales Director or Player-Coach
- A track record of leading a team to win new enterprise customers and hit SaaS bookings targets
- Command of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, from qualification through executive engagement and negotiation
- Experience running disciplined forecasting, pipeline and planning cadences
- A coaching-first leadership style with proof that you've improved seller performance
- Experience selling into financial services, capital markets, ERP or related SaaS sectors (secured finance knowledge is a strong plus)
- High EQ, strong communication skills, and the credibility to engage senior stakeholders
- A results-driven, curious mindset and comfort in a fast-moving environment
