Role Overview: Responsible for performing standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities: Perform radiological procedures with proper patient positioning and exposure techniques. Operate all equipment within the modality confidently. Set up immobilization and radiation protective devices. Assess patient body size, physical condition, and suspected pathology to inform examinations. Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs. Maintain detailed records and notes. Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities. Contribute to the educational training of students.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology. Ability to work in a clinical environment while adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of equipment operation and patient safety practices.
