About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Principal Scientist in R&D to lead Product Development within the Sauces & Condiments platform. You will drive numerous emulsified product initiatives across our Retail business, providing leadership and execution across platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally, influence strategic decisions, and manage testing at plant scale. A strong background in food science/engineering and experience with DoE is required, along with travel readiness.
