About the role

Ōura is seeking a senior-level UX Researcher to elevate the consumer journey across discovery, evaluation, purchase, and product management for our DTC eCommerce experience. This remote US role centers on global digital commerce, with opportunities to expand into Membership and B2B experiences. You will spearhead qualitative studies, synthesize insights, and collaborate with Design, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive strategy and measurable outcomes.
