About the role
Astera Labs is seeking a Senior Director, Hardware Design Engineering to lead and scale the hardware design organization across AEC, SCM, SVB/EVB, and rack-scale products. You will own electrical/PCB design, mechanical engineering, validation, lab infrastructure, and customer hardware enablement, delivering integrated connectivity solutions.
