About the role
- Assist students with safely boarding and exiting the bus
- Secure seat belts, harnesses, and wheelchairs as needed
- Provide support to students with special needs during transport
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe, orderly environment
- Communicate with the driver regarding student needs or concerns
- Provide reassurance and support to students throughout the ride
- Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations if required
- Help maintain a clean and safe bus environment
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and team members
- Schedule & Flexibility
- Part-time, flexible scheduling (typically 25 to 30 hours per week)
