What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments across multiple home service brands Create exceptional customer experiences that build trust and loyalty Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to optimize scheduling Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and scheduling systems Follow up on missed appointments, customer feedback, and service opportunities Make outbound calls during slower periods to maximize booking opportunities Present and promote maintenance plan solutions to customers Bring an "always say yes" mindset and convert every opportunity possible

Requirements:
