Role Overview: -- Develop and maintain project objectives and task for datacenter construction, focusing on telecom, OSP/ISP, conveyance, and low-voltage trades.
Key Responsibilities: -- Create, update, and track detailed CPM schedules, finances, labor, material etc.-- Coordinate with trades and subcontractors on progress and dependencies.-- Monitor critical path, delays, and provide schedule reports.
Requirements: -- Experience as project manager in datacenter or mission-critical construction.-- Strong knowledge of telecom/OSP/ISP/low-voltage trades preferred.-- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore and or Microsoft Office/project manager
