About the role
TikTok is seeking an Agency Growth Manager for LATAM to design and execute agency growth strategies, recruit and retain agencies, and help them scale on the platform. You will work with live stream creators, agencies, and MCNs to deliver measurable growth.
You will lead agency education and capacity building, share platform know-how on content and trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns that drive participation and revenue.
