Responsibilities: Execute rapid and accurate machine changeovers to minimize downtime and maximize production throughput. Operate advanced blanking and stripping machinery, ensuring consistent output quality. Perform routine mechanical maintenance and preventative upkeep to ensure long-term equipment reliability. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues to maintain continuous production flow. Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet daily output targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with industrial safety standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills: Proven experience operating industrial blanking or die-cutting equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting and repair. Demonstrated ability to perform efficient machine setups and changeovers. Experience working within a high-volume packaging or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills: Technical certification in machine operation or mechanical maintenance. Advanced knowledge of stripping and blanking process optimization. Experience with high-speed automated finishing equipment. Strong commitment to quality control and continuous improvement processes.
