About the role

To support the Program Excellence organization, the full-time Principal Program Planner will develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), perform schedule risk analyses, and ensure program schedules are integrated across functional groups in a hybrid work environment with both onsite and remote responsibilities. Key responsibilitiesLead the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline and provide actionable schedule performance analysis Develop proposal schedules and conduct independent schedule assessments to identify risks and opportunities Participate in training and execution for customer Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and ensure compliance with internal and industry requirementsRequired qualifications6+ years of experience in Program/Master Planning and Scheduling with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Expertise in DoD Program Planning, Critical Path methodology (CPM), and Microsoft Project Knowledge of US Government schedule policies and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements Experience in developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program baselines and proposals Proficiency in performing and presenting detailed Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs)
