Tax Partner – PCS / Private Client Services
Level: Partner Practice: Private Client Services (PCS) / TaxA leading national CPA and advisory firm is looking to add an experienced Tax Partner to its growing Private Client Services practice. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established tax professional with strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and privately held companies on complex tax matters.
The Role: Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value private client relationships Advise HNW and UHNW individuals, families and business owners on complex tax planning and compliance Provide strategic guidance across individual, trust, estate, gift and closely held business tax matters Develop new business and expand existing client relationships Work closely with Partners across Tax, Advisory and other service lines Mentor and develop senior members of the tax team Play a key role in the continued growth and strategic direction of the PCS practice
The Ideal Candidate: CPA, JD and/or relevant advanced tax qualification Significant experience within a CPA, accounting or professional services firm Strong Private Client / HNW tax expertise Existing experience at Partner, Principal or senior leadership level, or a clear track record toward Partner Strong client relationship and business development capabilities Commercial mindset with an interest in building and growing a practice#taxpartner #cpa #leadership
