Job Details Requirements 3 Years of Litigation Attorney experience within Business, Property, and/or Construction
Public procurement/contract negotiation experience for construction-related contracts desired
Property law experience, including drafting & negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other property acquisition processes
Dispute resolution experience, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred, but not required
Admission to the California State Bar.
